Our client, a global provider of B2C and B2B professional services, is seeking a Customer Service Executive to join a busy team in their Windsor headquarters on a contract basis. This role is based in a modern office environment working on a shift pattern basis, hours are between 8am & 7pm Monday – Friday. The successful applicant will ideally have worked in an office or call centre environment, providing customer service in a high-volume telephone-based role. This role will involve dealing with client customer service queries, promoting additional services as required and escalating issues and complaints where necessary. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be very passionate about providing a high level of customer service at all times, you will be a team player and work equally as well on your own initiative.
