A well established travel company are currently looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their team in Uxbridge.
Working as part of a diverse and multicultural team, you will be responsible for resolving all customer dissatisfaction cases in a professional manner.
- Resolve customer dissatisfaction cases through telephone and email in a professional manner and in accordance with company policies
- Liaise with stakeholders and other departments to ensure effective resolutions and that cases are closed in agreed timeframes
- Provide detailed written responses to all cases within ABTA guidelines as well as issuing refunds/compensation when appropriate
- Keep accurate and detailed records of cases
- Previous experience in a customer service role in a fast-paced environment
- Good knowledge of MS Office and ABTA regulations
- Polite telephone and email manner
- Strong time management and ability to prioritise tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
