Established and profitable they are now looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to assist in managing all aspects of the customer care process. Working closely with Sales and Marketing teams, the role will revolve around handling incoming enquiries from prospective clients as well as managing the existing client base ensuring they are all receiving an exceptional level of customer service. Candidates will ideally hold a driving licence due to the location of their offices and will have excellent communication skills. A professional manner and a committed and enthusiastic attitude will be an essential to ensure success within their business. Based in Berkshire, this role is commutable by car from locations such as Reading, Bracknell, Egham, Staines, Windsor, Slough.
