Our client is an established and rapidly expanding multinational IT Software & Telecommunications provider. As part of significant expansion for 2010 they are seeking to recruit a Content Writer to be based in their Central London offices. Offered as a fixed-term 3 month contract, this role works directly with customer service and technical teams in the UK and Europe. The primary focus is to co-ordinate and write accurate and user-friendly responses to non-technical FAQs and troubleshooting tips for the end user. Your content will feature on customer-facing websites and within customer care emails. Applicants will display a proven background of writing within a business environment, particulary writing content relating to technology products and ideally for the purposes customer support articles, walkthroughs and/or guides. Superb command of written English is essential. Fluency in French would be an advantage however not essential, other language combinations are welcomed.
