Our client, a specialist service provider based near Bracknell, Berkshire are currently looking for a Customer Service Executive with fluent English, French and German to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a multifaceted role where you will be responsible for speaking to clients over the phone and via email, answering any queries and complaints and providing ad hoc administrative support to the team where necessary. The successful candidate will need excellent communication and computer skills including being fully competent on Excel and Word with an organised personality. The ability to speak fluent English, French and German to a business level is also imperative to this role. Standard hours of work are Monday-Friday, 8am to 4.30pm or 9am-5.30pm their office location is commutable by both car and public transport from towns throughout Berkshire, Hampshire, Surrey, Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire (including Reading, Bracknell, Wokingham, Ascot, Camberley, Windsor, Maidenhead, Slough, Farnborough and Aldershot).
