The Opportunity: Working in a fast paced office environment within a small customer service escalation team. This role would involve responding to customer queries, which would mostly be via e-mail. Excellent written, verbal communication and time management skills will be required and the ability to use MS Outlook, MS Office and construct well written e-mails.
