Our client, a global provider of finance and portfolio management solutions, seeks a Customer Service Advisor to join their expanding team. The successful candidate will have previous telephone-based Customer Service experience, be confident with Microsoft Office, and should have excellent administration and organization skills. Previous experience of working within the financial industry this would be beneficial, however not essential. Above all, you will be a motivated individual who enjoys liaising and building relationships with customers over the telephone. This position will be telephone based and you will be responsible for processing and managing clients' queries relating to their currency purchases, dealing with inbound payment and settlement enquiries, ensuring all enquiries are dealt with efficiently and professionally.
