The successful candidate will have previous telephone-based Customer Service experience, be confident with Microsoft Office, and should have excellent administration and organization skills. Previous experience of working within finance or banking industry this would be beneficial, however not essential. Above all, you will be a motivated individual who enjoys liaising and building relationships with customers over the telephone.
