Our client is seeking three Customer Service Advisors to join the existing team for initially 6 months. Your role will involve handling inbound and outbound calls from the general public, responding to emails, dealing with general queries, providing administrative support and maintaining records. To be suitable for this role you will ideally come from a customer service/ contact centre background. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also be hardworking, a team player, friendly and organised.
