Our client, a leading service provider is currently seeking a Customer Service Administration Manager to head up a team of administrators and also to be a key point of liaison with a number of clients. You will be responsible for ensuring the sales administration office is run smoothly by managing your team and providing full support to the Sales/Account Management teams. This will involve anything from staff assessments and training to planning and forecasting. Crucially you will be expected to identify and drive through ongoing business improvements to further enhance the administration service being delivered. Alongside the back office responsibility, this role also holds key responsibilities for client service management. You will be comfortable constantly liaising with key clients to ensure service provision is kept to the highest standards and revenue targets are achieved. This role does hold a bonus/commission structure due to having a revenue-based target to achieve. The ideal candidate will have experience in account management and administration support.
