Our client is one of the UK’s leading consumer goods supplies companies dedicated to the research, development and distribution of high-quality and effective consumer products. They require a Customer Service and Operations Assistant to join their rapidly expanding team. The role will be split Customer Services and Operations and your duties will include but not be limited to: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer queries - Taking and processing orders - Making outgoing calls to customers - Dealing with external warehouse and distribution providers - Processing returns - Dealing with fulfilment queries The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate Customer Service experience within a B2C setting and it is essential that you have dealt with customers who have purchased a product or service for this role. This position would suit a candidate who is both out-going and enthusiastic and has the ability to prioritise a varied workload. It is essential that you have excellent communications skills and a good telephone manner. Previous office experience would be advantageous and full training will be given for the Operations aspect of the role. Knowledge of ERP systems would be of huge benefit for this role.
