The Opportunity Managing inbound calls at a busy travel company, you will be taking messages and handling customer calls ranging from enquiries through to bookings. With an impeccable telephone manner and confident computer skills, you will be a very professional individual and be used to providing top-of-the-line customer service. The hours for this role are Monday-Friday 09.00-18.00 and alternate Saturdays 10.00am-16.00pm. Looking to work full time, you will be someone who is motivated by a fast-paced environment, you will be able to work on Bank Holidays.
