Sourcing and analysing internal and external consumer, market and business performance data, you will work closely with key stakeholders to recommend areas of opportunity and actions to exploit so as to improve business performance. Key Responsibilities • Prepare management reports and response recommendations • Develop a data and reports search engine to enable access to all relevant aftersales operational and performance information quickly and easily through a single portal • Support all areas of the Ownership operation with data management and analysis expertise and guidance and respond to specific requests for information • Develop effective reporting tools for the Ownership Department Candidate Profile With a strong and independent personality, your approachable style will help to build meaningful business relationships. You will have excellent presentation skills, and a keen understanding of how to communicate best with stakeholders in regards to their needs. Previous use of standard sales and business automation tools, including Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel) is essential. Exposure to data warehousing and SQL is beneficial.
