Our client, a leading service provider based near Oxford, is currently looking for a Customer Liaison Executive skills to join their team on a 9 month fixed term contract basis. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of customer service across a portfolio of customers, handling queries in a timely and accurate manner, and ensuring KPI and SLA targets are met at all times through maintaining an up to date computer based records. In addition the successful candidate will liaise closely with Account Managers to promote efficient working practices, you will work effectively as a team member to ensure the department runs smoothly at all times, especially during busy peak periods where colleagues may need extra assistance. The successful candidate will possess excellent spoken and written communication skills, whilst being self-motivated with strong computer skills.
