Our client, a dynamic marketing company in Reading, is recruiting for a confident Customer Helpdesk Representative to join their team on a permanent basis. This position is perfectly suited for an articulate and professional individual with a passion for providing an excellent level of customer service, and requires a candidate with experience in telephone based communication (approximately 30 inbound calls p/day). Within this role you will be responsible for managing helpdesk requests via outbound and inbound telephone calls as well as email. You will be accountable for maintaining and developing relationships with suppliers of the company and looking for ways to improve client management. The role involves extensive reporting (internal & external) so the successful candidate must be confident using Excel on a daily basis (intermediate level user at least). The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in a fast-paced office environment alongside previous customer service experience. To be considered, you must have excellent attention to detail, organisation, time management and a positive can do attitude.
