Our client are a leading international player in the FMCG market, continually growing across the globe and as such, require further employees to join their Customer Administration team for their European team, supporting Poland. The role: You will be responsible for for your own portfolio of customers (business to business) in processing of all customer returns, disputed claims resolution and monthly reporting in a timely and professional manner along with polite and friendly communication with business customers. You'll additionally be responsible for monthly reports on activity, KPI and Finance and as such, should have a sharp, analytical eye. Ideally you'll have accounts, customer service, order processing and/or supply chain experience and will drive or be within easy commute of Frimley, Surrey. Not only will you possess these qualities, you must be a native level/ fluent speaker of Polish with excellent English. This opportunity is offered on an ongoing temporary, rolling 6 month basis.
