Our client, an international service provider is currently looking for Customer Contracts Coordinator to join their team in High Wycombe on a 12 month contract.
You’ll play a key role in receiving all contract orders coming to the business whilst providing a high level of customer service to the customers (you must be comfortable communicating via phone) and answer any queries that may arise.
In addition, as a Customer Contracts Coordinator you will be:
- Proofreading of contracts due to be issued
- Ensuring that all quotations are issued to customers
- Updating orders on CRM system
- Logging contract and customer details on CRM to be passed on to commercial team accurately
The successful candidate will have previous commercial administration/customer service experience and be a strong communicator, with excellent telephone manner and is confident managing multiple tasks at the same time. In addition, you will have MS Office experience and possess great attention to detail skills.
