Our client a global leader in electronics and IT hardware require a multilingual Customer Care Representative to work in their Berkshire based offices. The ideal candidate must speak fluent English, French and German, and have previous experience in a phone-based customer service role. The Global Contact Centre Representative will be responsible for taking first-line support calls from customers, partners, subcontractors and engineers. They will be responsible for entering information into a call database, monitoring the call status (making outbound calls) and where necessary escalating the call to the next appropriate level of management and support. Candidates MUST have fluent English, French and German. Knowledge of Spanish or Italian would be considered beneficial. Due to the company location, candidates must have their own transport.
