Our client, based in modern offices in central Windsor is seeking a part time Customer Care Moderator to work Saturdays and Sundays on a permanent basis. The hours will be 8-4.30pm or 3pm-11pm with shifts rotating week to week. The successful Customer Care Moderator will work as part of a small team and will get involved with the quality assurance of web content including photos and videos that have been uploaded on to the website. Additional duties will include: answering customer queries via email and telephone, investigating customer technical problems and liaising with the Development Team to ensure these are dealt with. You will also ensure all relevant reporting is completed before the end of your working day. The successful candidate will be committed to working weekends and will be given full training, for your hard work and commitment our client is offering a completive salary and a range of benefits.
