This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading services provider based on the outskirts of Gerrards Cross in Buckinghamshire. The salary is £23,000 + benefits.
The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer orders and enquiries, ensuring these are progressed internally to the appropriate team. You will provide customers with quotations and correspond with clients regarding their orders through both written and verbal communication. In addition you will record complaints and initiate complaint escalation procedures as required.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, along with administrative experience, ideally gained from within a customer care role or similar. You will be an excellent team player and be well organised. Advanced knowledge of French and/or German would be seen as desirable for this particular role, however not essential.
