This is an exciting opportunity for a Customer Care Advisor to join an established fashion brand in High Wycombe on a part-time basis (3 days per week & some Saturday work with a day off if you work a Saturday)
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through the telephone, email, live chat and social media.
In addition, you will be:
- Answering customer queries in a timely and professional manner
- Ensuring an exceptional service is provided to every customer that is tailored to their needs
- Establishing relationships with customers and using initiative when dealing with queries
- Liaising with warehouse teams and couriers to resolve any order issues
You must have previous experience in a fast-paced Customer Service role ideally in the fashion/retail industry. You will have excellent telephone manner and written communication skills as well as strong MS Office skills.
