Our client, based in the historical town of Windsor in East Berkshire, is looking to recruit a dedicated Account Administrator with fluent French and fluent German or Dutch language skills. This client-facing role focuses on three aspects of the Accounts process: Accounts Payable; Accounts Receivable; Credit Control and, in additional, some Customer Service. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of working within accounts/finance related roles ideally using both English, French and German or Dutch. Typical duties include: - Daily administration of deposits received - Sending cheques to bank for deposit - Inputting customer credit notes for goods returned - General maintenance of Accounts Receivable (AR) accounts - Weekly analysis of accounts overdue - Inputting and posting of supplier invoices - Approval of various logistic invoices for payment - Reconciliation of Supplier statements - Handling Supplier queries and requests This is a role requiring strong attention to detail and would suit someone looking for a smaller office environment. All the work is done on a European wide basis (typically to France, Germany and Holland), therefore these three languages are required (French is a pre-requisite).
