Using your credit control skills, you will work to ensure that all accounts are in good order. You will also be responsible for taking care of purchase invoices and inputting credits, reconciling purchase statements, controlling queried invoices, and maintaining the customer invoice database. • Credit control and payment chasing • Maintenance of customer invoice records • Producing and Reconciling purchase statements • Controlling queried invoices • General Office administration Well-versed in the credit control/bookkeeping fields and quite adaptable, you will be prepared to put yourself to any task that comes your way. Detail oriented, you will be able to easily maintain current databases of invoices and be able to address queries as they arise. You will also be confident over the telephone as this role does depend highly on your customer interaction skills.
