A market leader in their industry is seeking a Credit Controller to join their team on a full time, ongoing temporary basis.
This is a hybrid role, working closely with the credit collections and cash allocation teams.
Responsibilities of the role will include, but will not be limited to:
- Ensuring outstanding accounts are settled and liaising with customers to answer any queries that may arise
- Analysing aged debtors and proactively identifying areas of risk and payment trends
- Processing monthly statements to customers
- Handling new accounts and chase overdue funds when necessary, liaising with debt collection agents when necessary
The ideal candidate will have Credit Control/Accounts Receivable experience including excellent knowledge of end to end credit control processes and the full Order-to-Cash (OTC) cycle. In addition you will have strong relationship building skills to ensure continued business relationships and reduce outstanding debt.
