Our client based on the outskirts of Slough is seeking a Customer Services Representative to join their team. The core duties of this position will include, receiving inbound calls from customers, using the company’s in-house system and dealing with general administration. The successful candidate will be IT literate with experience in the courier industry. This role offers and a competitive salary and the chance to work in a small friendly team. Due to the location of this role it is necessary that the successful candidate has a driving license and their own means of transport. This position is easily accessible from locations such as Slough, Heathrow, West Drayton and Staines.
