For this role we are seeking a dynamic, professional account manager who will take responsibility for a specific number of existing customers ensuring overall client satisfaction, retention and growth. With new products now available there is real scope for developing existing customer accounts. Working closely on a daily basis with the Sales & Operations Director and fully supported by your internal team of experienced strategic professionals you will develop plans to manage existing client expectations, satisfy needs, initiate and drive strategic plans and thereby increase revenue.
