Corporate Receptionist – Temporary Ongoing

A global pharmaceutical company, based in Uxbridge, are looking to recruit a dynamic Corporate Receptionist. You will be working alongside their established Front of House team in a professional, corporate environment providing five star service to all customers. The role will be an initial 6 months to temp ongoing.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Meeting and greeting all visitors, providing an excellent front of house service.
  • Coordinating conference and meeting rooms.
  • Answering incoming calls in a professional manner and directing calls as appropriate.
  • Coordinating transfers and couriers.
  • Providing administrative and general support to other departments as required.
  • Maintaining security by logging all client visits and issuing visitor passes.


  • Being a natural relationship builder, you will hold excellent interpersonal skills coupled with exceptional written communication.
  • You will understand the value of creating a positive and welcoming impression to all visitors entering the company.
  • Previous corporate reception and administrative experience is highly desirable.
  • You will have advanced MS Office skills.
