Contracts Administrator | Part – time, 6 month FTC
As a Contracts Administrator you will be supporting the Contract Management Section of the company within administrative and reporting tasks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Making sure that all the reports from contractors are received according to the deadline, checking them and assessing if they have all relevant data
- Maintaining and managing the database, preparing requested audits and requested paperwork for external stake holder
- Keeping all the contracts templates up to data and making sure all the changes has been implemented
- Updating contractual statistics and contact details in the CRM system
- Supporting other team members with communication between contractors and the department
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree calibre individual or strong relevant experience
- Advanced in using computer and MS Word and MS Excel
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisation and communication skills
- Experience in using CRM systems
- Ideal for return to work parent (all backgrounds are going to be considered)
