Our client, an established and dynamic Direct Marketing Agency are looking to recruit a reliable and committed Telemarketing Trainer to support all of their inbound and outbound teams. This is a part time role up to a maximum of 30 hours per week. The company can be incredibly flexible as to the hours and days worked but will not exceed the 30 hour maximum limit. With strong past experience in telemarketing, you will have a proven track record of supervising, training and monitoring inbound and outbound Call Centre staff. This is a role where keeping internal standards (meeting agreed SLA with management) high is critical. Key duties include: · Provide new entrant training on all client lines, prepare training plan and complete all documentation · Provide regular call monitoring and feedback to Advisors in line with CC Managers requirements · Be a point of referral for team members, dealing with operational problems and more complex customer enquiries/complaints as appropriate, providing Advisors with knowledge to be able to deal with queries in future · Participate in briefing new work to the teams prior to commencement of the project, check for understanding from each team member. · Participate in team meetings and team building events A pro rata salary of £16,000 per annum and a friendly working environment is available for the successful applicant. Based on the outskirts of Reading (Berkshire), this role is commutable by both train and car from locations such as Reading, Newbury, Thatcham, Abingdon, Didcot, Bracknell and Basingstoke.
