Our client runs a contact center who handle marketing and fulfillment. The Role: To deliver excellent customer service to all customers via the telephone on both inbound/outbound calls, offering solutions and advice on behalf of the ultimate client. Responsibilities: - To provide excellent service to all customers in line with company standards - To listen and look after the needs of the customers showing a 'Can Do' attitude at all times - To ensure all relevant information is recorded on internal and external systems where required - To have a good understanding of the 'focus' products on each campaign - To provide accurate information to all customers - To select the appropriate outcome for each call - To use the online systems honestly and effectively - To work as part of a team with all staff to meet the company objectives - To take responsibility for own personal development in line with the monthly and annual performance objectives The Candidate: -Excellent eye for detail -Accurate on PC - Good communicator - Good use of English Language -Excellent Time Keeper - Happy to work alone or in a team -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Are you available immediately , do you have a background in sales or telesales with excellent customer service skills?
