A well established travel company are currently looking for a Contact Centre Manager to join their team in Uxbridge.

Leading the Contact Centre team, you will be responsible for implementing local strategies in line with company’s objectives and goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the contact centre team to succeed and achieve department goals and KPIs
  • Coordinate global contact centre strategies and sales goals to the local market
  • Oversee contact centre activity ensuring correct functioning and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Create performance reports on all KPIs and liaise with supervisors and team leaders to ensure these are achieved across the team

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Call Centre Manager in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have managed large teams
  • Strong Microsoft Office and reporting platforms skills
  • Good knowledge of UK consumer rights, employment law and ABTA regulations
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Results driven individual with great attention to detail
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
