To provide temporary holiday cover for Friday 5th July 8:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. for paid training and then 8th – 12th July and 15th – 19th July. Hours of work 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. and Friday 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Working as a Concierge at a premium development of flats. The role is multi-dimensional requiring a hands-on approach and is made up of two key areas, a front-of-house presence for residents & visitors and light housekeeping of communal areas.
The duties will include:
- Responding to incoming telephone calls.
- Dealing with resident queries
- Checking the external mailbox
- Accepting deliveries of manageable items
