The Opportunity As the Compliance & Quality Manager you will on a contract basis be responsible for management of the Affiliate Quality Management System, quality and compliance across the business. A vital role within the organisation you will be focused on authoring SOPs and maintaining affiliate control. Running regular reviews and audits you will ensure that the business and affiliates are compliant and adhere to ABPI/IPHA codes of practice as well as keeping apprised of all changes to current legislation, guidelines and the national regulatory environment. An interesting and complex role, this is a great opportunity to join an innovative Pharmaceutical business on an ongoing basis. Role and Responsibilities: Authoring and providing guidance on SOPs Support the establishment of and run the Affiliate Quality Management System Act as an advocate for ‘quality’ throughout the business and affiliates, facilitating the implementation of best practices To support quality assurance projects and continuous improvement activities within the affiliates • Oversee the affiliate change control process • Manage the tracking and resolution of commitment’s • Conduct internal and supplier audits The Candidate: You will have previously worked in a Quality Compliance for a pharmaceutical business or alternatively worked as part of an affiliate program. You will have solid knowledge of quality management and all applicable GxP areas. ABPI and IPHA code of practice is essential as well as CAPA tracking systems. You will be experienced in hosting and conducting audits and quality reviews and a qualification in Quality/Auditing is highly advantageous.
