Our client, a leading IT services provider, is looking to recruit a Compensation & Benefits Officer to work from their offices in Hemel Hempstead. Supporting the HR team, you will be collecting and reviewing salary survey data and using the information to assist in salary reviews and recommending bonus schemes. Involved in modelling bonus and benefit schemes including assessing cost impacts. You will also be involved in some more general Human Resources tasks such as updating employee files and liaising with the helpdesk team. Maintenance of the HR pages on the company intranet will also be your responsibility. Our client is looking for candidates with some experience of Compensation and Benefits within an HR role, who are perhaps keen to specialise. Strong computer skills, in particular Excel, along with general administrative skills are required. Experience of databases such as Peoplesoft would be considered beneficial.
