Clinical Data Coordinator – 6 months FTC

A global pharmaceutical company based in Uxbridge is currently looking to recruit a Clinical Data Coordinator to join their team on 6 months contract basis. Your main focus will be to assist with analysing and extraction of data, validation and reporting. You will be also responsible for managing any customer queries and related to validation and analyse of the data.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analysing clinical documents and inform NHS about any discrepancies
  • Checking the orders from pharmacy according to clinical documents and informing NHS if there are any gaps
  • Cleansing data
  • Managing and maintaining weekly Dynamic Tracker with patients and NHS hospitals data
  • Supporting any projects which requiring analysing data and reporting
  • Responsibility for uploading the data for reports
  • Preparing quarterly reports
  • Working collaborative with other colleagues and stakeholders and supporting them with any customer queries related to data
  • Dealing with data related customers queries through the phone or via email
  • Collecting patients’ data and analyse if there are any adverse events and highlighting them internally and to NHS
  • Checking if patients or hospitals are in title of reimbursement on the product by analysing data and tracking if there are any missing information for them 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ideally life sciences degree or relevant experience in pharma industry
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to solve the problems
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Highly organised
