A fast growing and innovative marketing agency with global reach, my client is recruiting for a director level Client Service role which will have full responsibility for building and developing an operations team as well as focusing on service delivery and development. This is an exciting time to join a business who are focused on taking their service provision to the next level. This position will focus on ensuring the delivery of service level agreements to existing clients, increase the effectiveness and development of the operations team and work with senior management to create and implement new services for delivery to existing and potential customers. Key Responsibilities: Building and developing an operations team to deliver complex multi-service, multilingual assignments and campaigns. Setting of department wide targets and achieve results through people, processes and systems Creation and delivery of new services to existing and new clients The successful candidate for this role will ideally come from a marketing agency background and have experience of managing client delivery teams across EMEA and APAC. You will be a commercially focused individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to deliver challenging targets.
