The Opportunity As a Client Services Manager for this global marketing services business your focus will be on project delivery and client relationship management. A key element of your role will be working on marketing automation projects utilising Eloqua. This is an excellent opportunity if you are looking to work for a global company with a high profile client list. Key responsibilities •Involved in providing content and information for pitches, providing examples of previous work and estimates of costs – as well as participating in all pitch meetings, both internal and with the client – on smaller engagements •Writing the project scope/specifications, designing the project structure and timescales •Delivering the project cost-efficiently, on-time and within the agreed budget •Acting as the first point of contact for client (on smaller engagements) •Providing regular updates and reports to the client •Coordinating the execution of the various elements of the project •Identifying account growth opportunities and directing these to the Sales team •Responsible for project output in accordance with the agreed timescales and budgets •Providing input for client pitches •Identification of account growth opportunities Candidate Profile You will have a marketing agency background ideally within the technology sector and have strong client/project management experience. Marketing automation experience using Eloqua is essential for this role as well as managing accounts and projects on an EMEA wide basis. Strong communication and client relationship building skills are key as well as budget management and costing experience.
