The Opportunity As the Client Services Manager you will play an integral part in pitching, setting up the project and managing the delivery of the project on time and on budget. With responsibility for managing small projects you will work with the Director and rest of the team to deliver high quality data to their clients. Key Responsibilities •Involved in providing content and information for pitches, providing examples of previous work and estimates of costs – as well as participating in all pitch meetings, both internal and with the client – on smaller engagements •Writing the project scope/specifications, designing the project structure and timescales, and processing project set-up admin •Delivering the project cost-efficiently, on-time and within the agreed budget •Acting as the first point of contact for client (on smaller engagements) •Producing progress updates and reports both internally and to the client •Responsible for all aspects of project closure including producing project reports Candidate Profile You will have strong Project and Data Management experience, an awareness of prince 2 or agile is essential. You will be confident working with technical and senior management stakeholders utilising SQL/Oracle/.net. You will have managed database builds and have an understanding of full marketing mix (data, telemarketing and creative) You will have a strong data and analytical background, ability to manipulate and work with data in excel A knowledge of data laws and B2B data suppliers is highly advantageous.
