This is an exciting opportunity for a Client Manager to join a leading UK supply chain and logistics company based in Gerrards Cross.
With a strong understanding of supply chain and freight management, you will be responsible for growing client business levels through excellent service and innovative supply chain strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and develop commercial relationships with key clients by supporting and understanding their business and supply chain strategy
- Develop new business opportunities and be responsible for client account management and development strategies
- Liaise with clients on how to improve service levels in line with client’s key goals
- Convert emerging client needs into the supply management strategies
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer focused role particularly within a supply chain/freight forwarder setting
- Ability to create and build strong working relationships with clients
- Strong MS Office and time management skills
- Organised individual with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
