Our Bracknell-based client, a leading provider of training to blue chip companies, is looking for a Client Advisor to join their team. In this role you will be managing the day to day enquiries from clients and sourcing suitable training courses based on the clients needs. In order to develop strong relationships with clients and training providers you will be liasing with them via email and telephone on a daily basis. Alongside client interaction you will also be required to take the lead on negotiations with suppliers and ensure that the team acheives profitability targets for all clients. Sales forecasting and the responsibility for all client and supplier invoicing will fall to you. To be considered for this role you must be an individual who obtains a real focus on customers and has a positive can do attitude. A strong process experience and excellent organisational skills will be essential. Based in Bracknell (Berkshire), this role is commutable from locations such as Reading, Ascot, Wokingham, Camberley, Sandhurst, Maidenhead and Windsor.
