The Opportunity Customer focused and detail-oriented, you will spend your days working to manage client enquiries, researching and sourcing suitable solutions for client needs, networking within the team to build quality relationships between your team and the clients, and dealing with the supplier network. Effectively managing sales forecasting to support the Client Partner, you will ensure that the team is achieving profitability targets for all clients. You will also be responsible for invoicing clients and managing the supplier invoices en route to Finance for payment. This is a nine month maternity cover. Key Responsibilities • Client management • Developing strong client-team relationships • Monitoring SLAs and KPIs for self and for the team • Supplier and Financial management • Ad hoc duties The Candidate A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, you will have a real focus on customers, with a good sense of account management, service delivery, and, most importantly, customer service. Well organized and very well presented, you will have excellent time management skills. Based in Bracknell (Berkshire), this role is commutable from locations such as Reading, Ascot, Wokingham, Camberley, Sandhurst, Maidenhead and Windsor.
