Leading software provider of on-line reservations and management solutions to Airport parking and Travel and Leisure industries. We supply, maintain develop and support our own software and our blue chip clients enjoy the very highest level of commitment and service. We seek a committed, self motivated individual, to join as a Client Account Manager. The role is focused around co-ordination and monitoring of ongoing activity with the clients, and also encompasses the business development possibilities that exist around the current implementation at each client. Previous experience in a similar role is required. You will be commercially astute, proactive, sales driven with good presentation and demonstration skills. You will need to have a current full clean driving license. Whilst Maidenhead based you will be required to visit clients. Some overseas travel is likely. The Client Account Manager will provide first line contact, management, coordination and business development to our travel sector and airport parking clients Key responsibilities and accountabilities: Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and assist them in meeting their needs through wider and better use of products and services. Nurture and encourage clients to become reference sites. Keep clients informed of the company’s future plans and monitor and manage all aspects of the service provided to clients. Develop and maintain good relationships with key client personnel identify and exploit revenue opportunities through new module sales, upgrades and training. Demonstrate working knowledge of the company’s business in order to evaluate recommendations before presenting to the Client. Establish and maintain extensive knowledge of client's business, competition, and latest industry news and trends. Attend, present and demonstrate at external customer meetings and internal meetings with other company functions in aid of business development§ Record, analyse, report, raise invoices and administer according to systems and requirements. Person-profile: Strong client focus and genuine desire to assist, good analytical skills, attention to detail and follow through, good communication skills including presentation techniques, able to work as part of a team , technical aptitude, methodical and disciplined approach to problem solving.
