Our client is in the insurance industry and they are based in Henley-on-Thames. Our client is looking for a Claims Handler to ideally start immediately but they will look at people with notice periods. What is the job like? This role is about assessing claims received from their customers and managing the process against industry leading service level agreements. What will I be doing? • Working within a busy team, you will be assessing claims and/or handling enquiries from customers regarding their pet insurance. • The role is varied and involves liaison with mainly customers and veterinary professionals, by telephone and written correspondence, to ensure the customer receives a seamless service and resolution. • You will be dealing with calculations using various software systems to resource, maintain and update information. • You will take responsibility for your own caseload with the authority to make decisions within your license levels. • By achieving your own objectives within service level agreements, you will contribute to the overall delivery of the team targets.
