Our client, a world leader in infrastructure software, are currently seeking a Call Co-ordinator with French (preferably also with Spanish) to work from their UK headquarters in Reading. There may will also be a short period of working in their High Wycombe office. With experience in telephone based customer service, assessing call type and severity and escalating or routing as required, you will be able to communicate clearly with a range of different contacts including customers and team members.
