My cient, a Learning and Research business part of a Global Research company is recruiting for a Call Centre Supervisor to assist in setting up and running a new call centre of Telephone Interviewers. Working with the Call Centre Manager, you will have responsibility for the day to day management of the team as well as review meetings and putting in place internal processes and procedures. Key Responsibilities include: - Plan and recruit interviewer resource plan - Training call centre staff - Daily supervision of theteam - Ensure that the projects meet IQCS/MRQSA standards The successful candidate will have worked within a market research agency, managing a team of telephone interviews as well as a proven track record in people management. A background in the Automotive sector is advantageous. This role will be based on a Monday - Friday shift pattern with the working hours from 3pm to 9pm.
