The Call Centre Manager will head up the Private Patient Sales Executives, driving their success and customer service. You will manage a growing team, and have the opportunity to have a big impact on the business' growth.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Directly manage the private patient sales executives, providing guidance on best practice, and excellent customer service.
  • Encourage the team's development, to convert all enquires into appointments on the 1st call.
  • Work closely with the medical consultants and clinical department's, to provide accurate pricing information.
  • Ensure your team capture and accurately record patient information, analysis such data on a weekly basis.
  • Organise the team regarding adminstrative tasks e.g. rotas, holidays, training
  • Hit your own KPIs regarding personal performance and team targets.

Experience required

  • Excellent team management skills, ability to train individuals 
  • Ability to encourage personal development and team success
  • Experience leading/setting up a call centres
  • Ability to understand and accept strict confidentiality
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
