Our client, a leading provider of professional IT services based in central Windsor, is looking to recruit a part time Business Services Administrator to support their Office Manager. Organisation is a key skill in this varied role, as the successful candidate will be assisting a number of departments with a wide range of tasks. As well as the usual administrative duties and covering reception as required, you will be responsible for minor accounts tasks such as processing timesheets and expenses. Travel arrangements, training and events administration will mean coordinating with a number of outside suppliers, and working to schedule all of the above to best fit the company’s business needs. There will also be a degree of database management to maintain various systems for staff and client records. You will also be involved with the assisting with the company website and the sales and marketing teams.
