Unique opportunity to join a highly successful company selling complimentary health products. The company founder is now seeking a right hand person to assist him with the many duties he is currently carrying out himself in order to free up his time to source and develop new products and take them to market. The focus of the role will be account management of existing major retailers including Boot’s, supply chain management, research and sales support. Responsibilities: Sales Support: - Assist with implementing and delivering strategy to win new retail accounts. -Account Manage existing clients including Boots and Lloyds -Attend Trade Shows and exhibitions - Assist with drafting proposals - Attend business and sales meetings with MD Operations: - Assist with management of stock control (forecast, ordering, dealing with returns and managing refurbishments) - Assist with management of the outsourced call centre and fulfillment house: - Ongoing analysis of calls (query vs. order) and improving conversions - Manage them as a service provider - Analyze sales and total fulfillment operations The Business Executive will be an all round trouble-shooter: someone who can be faced with a challenge or issue in any part of the business, assess the situation and implement the appropriate solution.
