We are currently looking for Business Development Manager to join a world-renowned business who are seen as a global market leader in their industry.

  • If you have an entrepreneurial mind-set, this will also be highly advantageous. You will be taking ownership of a territory where you will be the sole revenue generating salesperson.
  • This is a transactional B2B sales role. This means you will always be working at a high-pace and need to be able to multi-task successfully throughout the course of a working day.
  • You will be highly professional and be able to work in a consultative manner with senior level decision makers (Director’s / MD’s / Head of department).
  • Finally, you will be equally comfortable building relationships with people face-to-face or over the phone. Initial appointments will be set by phone / video but sales are likely to be closed in-person (it’s important to note that this therefore is a fully office based role with no scope for remote or hybrid working).

  • You will ideally have a B2B sales background in an environment where you’ve overachieved your targets consistently.
  • A wide variety of industries could be viable; crucially you will have worked in a service driven industry beforehand (this role does not sell a product).
  • We know sales professionals don’t overly like KPI’s but it’s important you are happy working to processes and will track performance metrics.
