Our client, a leading software company in Maidenhead, is recruiting for a Business Development Executive to join their team on a permanent basis. This position is ideal for a candidate with experience in the recruitment industry; with the ability to prospect, cold call and target specific clients. The role entails a large amount of outbound calling on a daily basis, and will reward those who are prepared to be proactive and make things happen. Your duties will include accurate sales forecasting, tracking and following up of all marketing leads, meeting/exceeding targets set and conducting weekly reviews with the manager to track performance. The successful candidate must have a solid and proven background in B2B telemarketing or business development, and have excellent telephone communication skills. A vibrant and outgoing personality is essential for this role, as well as the ability to self-motivate and work hard.
